Executive Coaching is a partnership between a qualified coach and an individual or team that supports the achievement of extraordinary results. Farrell Group works with clients to determine mutually agreed-upon desired outcomes, goals, and objectives.
The Farrell Group Coaching Process begins with an assessment of the client environment, successes, concerns, and challenges. This is accomplished through meetings and collection of key information and data. A coaching agenda is then created that focuses on vital strength, performance, and/or development areas. Measurements and metrics are determined that allow coaching clients to assess progress made towards this agenda.
Work with executives or senior leadership to assist with development, modification, and/or implementation of organizational strategies. Focus areas include key emotional intelligence competency areas.
Facilitation of group assessment results, retreats, seminars, or training. Work is conducted with departments, teams, small groups, or other units.
